1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Aquatise.
Aquatise provides advertising services through branded bottled or canned water distributed at events and venues.
2. Campaign Agreements
Advertising campaigns arranged through Aquatise are confirmed once both parties have agreed to the campaign details, including quantity, design, and distribution arrangements.
As campaigns involve the production of custom-labelled products, orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
3. Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel a campaign, they must notify Aquatise as soon as possible.

Cancellations requested before production begins may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Cancellations requested after production has begun may not be eligible for a refund due to the costs associated with manufacturing and preparation.
4. Issues With Orders
If there is a problem with a campaign or product supplied by Aquatise, clients should contact us as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
Where appropriate, Aquatise may offer:

Replacement products

An alternative campaign arrangement
Each situation will be reviewed individually.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided where:

Products have already been produced or customised

Campaign distribution has already taken place

Delays occur due to event changes outside of Aquatise’s control
